Askham Bryan College
Garden Name: Opposites Attract
Visually, we’ve split the garden in two: one side is predominately squares and the other is circles. Connecting the opposing composition is a unity of colour, scale and plant material. The space is aesthetic and functional but has a high priority for leisure and is low maintenance. We have recycled many features into a garden that is fun and also challenges the norm. This garden has been created by the students as part of their Diploma and grades from their efforts have been used to calculate the overall outcome for the course.
